These nut butter cookies are delicious with a glass of raw milk, coffee, or ice cream. Made with real food ingredients.
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 Cup of Raw Nut Butter of your choice (Almond, Peanut, Cashew, etc.)
1 Large Egg
1/2 Cup of Butter
1 Cup of Organic Einkorn Flour - Einkorn flour is the purest form of wheat available. Most people find it very easy to digest. If you haven't tried baking with it, I highly recommend it.
1/2 Cup of Coconut Sugar or healthy sweetener of your choice (raw sugar, honey, organic brown sugar, etc.)
1 Tablespoon of Vanilla
1/4 teaspoon of Natural Salt (pink, celtic, etc)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cream together Butter & Nut Butter.
Stir in whisked egg
Add Vanilla and Sweetener of your choice
Stir together salt and flour and slowly add flour & salt to butter mixture.
Spoon onto to parchment paper covered baking sheet
Bake at 350 for approximately 10-12 minutes. (I always recommend setting your timer a little early to check the progress.)
